Return Policy
- DO NOT REQUEST A RETURN VIA FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM - FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR ALL RETURNS.
- Sale Items, Accessories, and Trunk Show Items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We accept returns for store credit on non-final sale items if postmarked within 14 calendar days of receiving.
- Accepted returns will receive a store credit, e-mailed in gift card form, that is good for 1 year from the day issued.
- Clothing that is unworn, undamaged, perfume free and includes all tags, are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
- Items received that are postmarked 15 days or more after the delivery date will not be accepted and mailed back to the customer at their expense or your item can be donated to a local women's charity.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
- Upon return, include your packing slip from your original order. If you cannot find your packing slip, include a note with your name and order number.
- Please allow 3-7 business days for returns to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a gift card code for store credit.
RETURN LABELS:
We do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference, as well as insurance in case the package is lost by mail carrier.
DAMAGE ITEM RECEIVED:
If your purchase is received with any problems or defects via the manufacture, please contact us via e-mail {shophamptonpoint@gmail.com} within 3 DAYS of receiving about the issue, please provide photographs as well. We are not responsible for damaged items via mail carriers and the mail carrier will need to be contacted.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the correct shipping address is entered at check out. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
